In the FBI episode “Apex”, Special Agent Maggie Bell (Missy Peregrym) and boss Dana Mosier (Sela Ward) struggle to find justice for victims murdered by a serial killer. The killer leaves a ghoulish mark on all his drugged, raped and strangled victims. When Maggie believes she’s found the killer, Lynn Carver from the Mayor’s office shows up and tells Dana to limit the costly investigation in order to prevent economic loss. Carver says there’s no way to legally prove that the DNA the team collected from the suspect belongs to him. Carver warns Mosier: “Until you physically swab his mouth he is a person of interest.”
Lynn Carver is portrayed by actress Sandrine Holt.
