The protagonist of the Hallmark movie “Christmas Joy” is Joy Holbrook. The young woman is gunning for a promotion at the corporate marketing research firm where she works in Washington, D.C., just when she gets a call from home. Her aunt broke her ankle, needs surgery, and someone to take care of her. When Joy drives home to Crystal Falls, North Carolina to help her aunt get back on her feet, she falls back in love with her ex crush, Ben (Matt Long), which is going to make the return to D.C. more difficult…if she decides to!
