In the Lifetime movie I’ll Be Watching, after escaping the wrath of a dangerous stalker, Kate Riley (Janel Parrish) tries to start over in a new, remote town. Things are looking up and she even falls in love with a local cop. But just as promised, Kate’s stalker finds her and once again she fears for her life. Good thing she has a her new cop boyfriend (Jonah Platt) and his detective friends to help her protect herself. One of the detectives who might look familiar is Detective Jake Marsh. He’s portrayed by Michael Welch. (Welch is far right in the photo below.)
Welch is known for his roles in The Twilight Saga (see link above) movies (Mike Newton), Star Trek: Insurrection (Artim), and in the TV series Joan of Arcadia (Luke Giardi), among others. Fun fact: Welch made his TV debut as young Niles Crane on Frasier in 1998. I’ll Be Watching premieres on Lifetime Movies on Friday, August 3 at 8pm.
