On the premiere episode of Undercover Boss: Celebrity Edition, three-time Olympic Gold medalist Gabby Douglas goes undercover to discover gifted gymnasts and coaches. She wants to pay it forward because she know “a little help from someone is definitely key to your success.” On the show, Gabby goes undercover as Diane Anderson, a middle aged office manager who dreams of opening a gymnastics school for kids.

When Gabby sees herself in disguise, she says it’s “insane,” and “scary, freaky.” What’s even freakier is that Diane claims to not know who Gabby Douglas is, which is shocking to the coaches she meets. When they graciously tell Diane who Gabby is and how influential she is particularly with young African American gymnasts, Diane says, “I gotta research her.” Gabby says her disguise is middle aged but with all that grey hair, and the way she can barely touch her toes, she looks more elderly than middle aged! Undercover Boss: Celebrity Edition airs Fridays at 8pm on CBS. Broadway star Idina Menzel will go undercover to find Broadway’s next stars on Friday, May 18.
