On the Empire episode “Without Apology,” all hell breaks loose. Eddie (Forrest Whitaker) reminds Lucious (Terrence Howard) that he was the one to step in when Lucious was gone. But now Lucious is back and he wants to know who tried to kill him with a car bomb…or at least he thinks he wants to know. Meanwhile, Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) has to spring to action when a girl group from the past re-unites and threatens to expose secrets about the Lyons. One of the singers is Brooke, who’s portrayed by Tisha Campbell-Martin.
Tisha Campbell-Martin is known for her roles on Dr. Ken (Damona), Rita Rocks (Patty), Everybody Hates Chris (Peaches), My Wife and Kids (wife Jay), and Martin (Gina), among many others. Fun fact: Campbell-Martin made her big screen acting and singing debut in the 1986 movie Little Shop of Horrors as Chiffon. Empire airs Wednesdays at 8pm on FOX.
