In the Lifetime movie Mistress Hunter, Jackie suspects that her husband Carl (Martin Copping) is having an affair. So much so that she hires a “mistress hunter” named Hannah (Lydia Look, Nina Wu on General Hospital) to find out. The mistress hunter says she doesn’t kill people but she does promise to make Carl’s life “a living hell.” Turns out Jackie’s intuition was right on — Carl was sleeping around — but being right doesn’t help Jackie when Carl and his mistress turn up dead. And guess who left town? You got it, the mistress hunter. Jackie becomes the prime suspect of the double homicide.
Jackie is portrayed by Lauralee Bell. She’s known for her role as Christine Blair on The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. Bell has won two Daytime Emmy Awards – for her role as Christine on The Young and the Restless (2016), and for her role in the web series mI promise (2014), which addressed the danger of kids texting and driving. Mistress Hunter premieres on Lifetime Movies on Friday, March 16 at 8pm.
