In the S.W.A.T. episode “K-Town,” while Jessica (Stephanie Sigman) and the president of the Police Commission Michael Plank (Peter Facinelli) implement new law enforcement initiatives, the team works on a fentanyl drug-smuggling ring. To unmask the secret leader of the ring, Hondo (Shemar Moore) teams up with his old DEA friend, Special Agent Katrina “K.C.” Walsh. Hondo is the godfather of Walsh’s son Calvin. When they have a quiet moment together, K.C. talks about retiring.

Agent K.C. Walsh is portrayed by rap legend MC Lyte. This isn’t MC Lyte’s first time acting. She was on Queen of the South (as The Professor), Half & Half (Kai Owens), and most recently in the 2017 film Girls Trip with Queen Latifah (as herself), among others. S.W.A.T. airs Thursdays at 10pm on CBS, right after Life in Pieces. (Streaming is available for 9000+ episodes plus live TV with a CBS All-Access free trial.)
