In the Season 2 premiere episode of Taken, “S.E.R.E.,” Bryan Mills (Clive Standen) is fighting for his life in a secret Mexican prison. While he tries desperately to plan his escape to the U.S., Special Deputy Director of National Intelligence Christina Hart (Jennifer Beals) is also trying to get Mills out. When she learns about a new software that could locate Mills, she turns to an unlikely ally for help. She visits hacker Kilroy in prison. (She’s the one who put Kilroy in prison — he hacked the FBI.)
Kilroy is portrayed by Adam Goldberg. He’s known for his roles on The Jim Gaffigan Show (Dave), Fargo (Mr. Numbers), Entourage (Nicky Rubenstein), Friends (Joey’s best friend from high school, Eddie Menuek), and in the films A Beautiful Mind (Sol, see link above), Saving Private Ryan (Private Mellish), and Dazed and Confused (Mike), among many others. Taken airs Fridays at 9pm on NBC, right after Blindspot.
