In the Vanderpump Rules episode “It’s Not About the Pasta,” James Kennedy loses it at a restaurant with his friend Lala Kent. The argument is provoked after Lala eats James’ girlfriend Raquel’s pasta. Lala giggled afterwards but James didn’t think she was being funny. James warns Lala, “Don’t f—k with my b—h.” (He is seemingly defending his girlfriend and calling her a b—h at the same time.) James threatens Lala that if she doesn’t stop, “I’ll f—k with your fat man.” James is referring to Lala’s boyfriend, the recently divorced Hollywood producer Randall Emmett. When James says her boyfriend is paying for her rent, Lala snaps.
“You know what,” she tells James, “You can’t say whatever you want.” When Lala leaves the restaurant, James seems surprised that the conversation didn’t end well. He follows Lala outside. They continue to argue over the pasta. Vanderpump Rules airs Mondays at 9pm on Bravo, right before Summer House.
