In the 9JKL episode “Make Thanksgiving Great Again,” the Roberts prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving together. When Josh (Mark Feuerstein) asks doorman Nick (Matt Murray) to pick up Nana Roberts from her nursing home, Nick returns with the wrong nana. And she’s not nice. She antagonizes everyone including Judy (Linda Lavin) who realizes that she also has a tendency to be critical.

The Wrong Nana is portrayed by Lois Smith. You can also stream 9000+ episodes and live TV with a CBS All-Access free trial.
