In the Chicago P.D. episode “Fallen,” the team investigates when a family is shot dead in their home. The come up with a likely connection to a drug dealer. NYPD Detective Jason Voight (Jason Beghe) asks Vice Sgt. Sean McGrady for help. But it’s not a smooth operation as McGrady has “an old beef” with Upton (Tracy Spiridakos). Upton suggests that they try to “keep things professional” but McGrady responds by trying to boss her around. Things really get interesting when McGrady turns up dead during the investigation. He’s shot twice in a car. Voight wants to know what Upton wasn’t with him.
McGrady is portrayed by Wil Traval. The Australian-born actor is known for his roles on Grimm (Zerstorer), Once Upon a Time (Sheriff of Nottingham/Keith), Arrow (Christopher Change/Human Target), Jessica Jones (Will Simpson), and Red Widow (Irwin Petrov), among others. Chicago P.D. airs Wednesdays at 10pm on NBC, right after Law & Order: SVU.
