The final round of the Playoffs on The Voice won’t be easy on coach Miley Cyrus. Miley gets to watch her remaining six artists — Ashland Craft, Moriah Formica, Janice Freeman, Adam Pearce, Brooke Simpson, and Karli Webster — perform one more time before she has to choose just three to advance to the Top 12. All six are bringing their A-game including Brooke Simpson who dares to sing “It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World.” (It’s not Brooke’s first time singing “It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World.” Check out the video below of her and her husband Ray performing the song together last year.)

It takes a lot of courage for anyone to sing the James Brown 1966 classic. Former Voice coach Christina Aguilera delivered a most memorable performance of the song as a tribute to James Brown at the 2007 Grammy Awards (see below). And many other divas have tried their hand at the Godfather of Soul’s tune, including Cher and Celine Dion. After seeing Brooke handle Miss Aretha Franklin’s “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman,” we think she’ll do just fine at the Playoffs. (Yes, that last one’s a Carol King song, but Aretha owns it now, even by King’s own grateful admission.) The Voice airs Wednesdays at 9pm on NBC.
