The protagonist of the Hallmark TV movie Love at the Shore is Jenna Thompson, a single mom writer of teen novels. She’s promised her two adorable kids Nick (Luke Loveless) and Ally (Reagan Shumate) a summer vacation which she delivers on but she has to work during the vacation as she has a deadline to meet. At the summer house, Jenna gets distracted by their handsome, fun-loving neighbor Lucas McKinnon (Peter Porte).
Jenna is portrayed by Amanda Righetti. She’s known for her roles on Colony (Madeline), The Mentalist (Agent Grace Van Pelt), Chicago P.D. and Chicago Fire (Dr. Holly Whelan), and The O.C. (Hailey Nichol), among others. Love at the Shore premieres on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, August 5 at 9pm.
