Ten comedic actors are competing against each other on Celebrity Family Feud. On the July 23 episode, the Funny Guys will face the Funny Gals. June Diane Raphael from Grace & Frankie leads the ladies including Nicole Byer (Loosely Exactly Nicole) and Raphael’s husband Paul Scheer (Fresh off the Boat, Veep) leads the men including John Gemberling.
Gemberling is recognized for his appearances on the TV shows Angie Tribeca (Carl), Making History (John Hancock), Modern Family (Ray), Broad City (Matt Bevers), and Marry Me (Gil), among others. He will no doubt become more recognizable to more people after Celebrity Family Feud where he is lifted off his feet by Nicole Byer, and gives the answer “A squirrel” when Steve Harvey asks Gemberling to “Name something that you use as a last resort when you run out of toilet paper.” Celebrity Family Feud airs Sundays at 8pm on ABC.
