There are several familiar faces competing on the Battle of the Network Stars episode White House vs. Lawyers. Three actors from The West Wing — Marlee Matlin, Joshua Malina, and Mary McCormack — will play against actors who’ve famously played lawyers on TV including Corbin Bernsen (LA Law) and Elisabeth Röhm (Law & Order, ADA Serena Southerlyn, 2001-2005), among others.
Elisabeth Röhm is also known for her roles on Jane the Virgin (Eileen), Hawaii Five-0 (Dr. Madison Gray), The Last Ship (Allison Shaw), The Client List (Taylor Berkhalter), Heroes (Lauren Gilmore), Angel (Detective Kate Lockley), and Bull (Alison Jeffers), among others. Röhm is also recognized for her roles in the films American Hustle (see link above) and Joy, both starring Jennifer Lawrence (photos below). Röhm has said that Lawrence is “an old soul” and that “She has such a command of herself, such maturity and power, that it’s intoxicating to work with her.” Battle of the Network Stars airs Thursdays at 9pm on ABC.
