On the Battle of the Network Stars episode “White House vs. Lawyers,” one of the most familiar faces is Corbin Bernsen on the TV Lawyers Team. Bernsen memorably played divorce attorney Arnie Becker on the original legal drama series L.A. Law, from 1986 to 1994. He received two Golden Globes nominations for his leading role.
Corbin Bernsen, son of the late soap actress Jeanne Cooper, is also known for his roles on Psych (Henry Spencer, see link above), The Young and the Restless (Father Todd Williams), and JAG (as Captain Owen Sebring, with his Battle of the Network Stars team member Catherine Bell!), among many others. Bernsen is also well recognized for his role as Roger Dorn in the film Major League with Charlie Sheen. Bernsen is currently filming Psych: The Movie which will be out in theaters in December 2017. Fun fact: Bernsen is married to actress Amanda Pays (photo below). They have four children together. Battle of the Network Stars airs Thursdays at 9pm on ABC.
