The Quiddlers is a vaudevillian style physical comedy group from Las Vegas competing on America’s Got Talent, Season 12. For their audition, the foursome were dressed as The Village People personas (Native American, Police Officer, Biker Dude, Sailor). The act consisted of the four walking through a contraption that appears to shrink them. With their legs hidden, The Quiddlers danced on their hands to the crowd-pleasing song “YMCA”. AGT judge Simon Cowell called the act “the weirdest thing on the show” and helped to advance them to the next round.
If you’re wondering how can they beat that?, take a look at The Quiddlers performances below. (They had a show at The Crazy Horse Paris in Vegas’ MGM Grand for ten years.) One video features “Micro Jackson” singing “Beat It” and another features a white jumpsuit-wearing Elvis singing “C.C. Ryder”. America’s Got Talent airs Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC. Reruns air Fridays at 8pm.
