Daytime Divas is a new comedy on VH1 about five female co-hosts of The Lunch Hour, a popular daytime talk show. The queen bee of the show (and the producer) is Maxine Robinson who’s portrayed by Vanessa Williams. The VH1 series is inspired by real-life former The View co-host Star Jones’ novel, Satan’s Sisters.

One of the five co-hosts of The Lunch Hour is Mo Evans, who Maxine describes as “a real live wire who will crack you up while tearing you down.” Mo is portrayed by Tichina Arnold. The native New Yorker is known for her roles on Happily Divorced (Judi Mann), Everybody Hates Chris (Chris’ mother Rochelle), and Martin (Martin’s nemesis, Pam James), among others. Fun fact: Arnold’s first role in a film was in the 1988 musical Little Shop of Horrors (Crystal). Daytime Divas airs Mondays at 10pm on VH1.
