In the third season of Good Witch, next door neighbors Cassie (Catherine Bell) and Sam (James Denton) are officially “a thing” and even Grace (Bailee Madison) gets a taste of romance. In the season premiere episode ‘A Budding Romance’, everyone in town including Mayor Martha (Catherine Disher) is super excited about the blooming of town’s rare plant, the Middleton Merriwick. It happens every so many decades. It’s so rare that a botany student named Daphne Randall comes to town to check it for herself.
