In the NCIS: New Orleans episode ‘Let It Ride’, the team works together to try to get Javier Garcia, the number one suspect in an ongoing FBI cartel case. While Pride (Scott Bakula) approaches Garcia at a funeral service, Sebastian Lund (Rob Kerkovich) goes undercover and Patton Plame (Daryl “Chill” Mitchell) recalls his former gambling skills to set a trap for Garcia.

Garcia is portrayed by Julian Acosta. He’s known for his roles on Amazon’s Hand of God (Guy Guillet), Madam Secretary (NSA Head Craig Sterling), Being Mary Jane (Gael Montoya), The Secret Life of the American Teenager (Edward, Kathy’s dad), Strong Medicine (Miguel Arenas), and Denis Leary’s The Job (Al Rodriguez), among others.
