In the Hawaii Five-0 episode ‘Ka laina ma ke one (Line in the Sand)’, when a man wanted for murder escapes and seeks asylum in the sovereign land belonging to the Nation of Hawaii (it’s not owned by the U.S. government), Five-0 teams up with U.S. Marshal Lincoln. When things escalate, Lincoln’s aggressive negotiation style threatens to hurt innocent bystanders.
U.S. Marshal Lincoln is portrayed by Lou Diamond Phillips. He’s known for his roles in the movies La Bamba, Courage Under Fire, and Young Guns. He recently portrayed real-life serial killer Richard Ramirez in the TV movie The Night Stalker with Bellamy Young (Scandal). Phillips is also recognized for his roles on the TV series Longmire (Henry Standing Bear), Numb3rs (Agent Ian Edgerton), and SGU Stargate Universe (Colonel David Telford). Hawaii Five-0 airs Fridays at 9pm on CBS.
