Jeff Clarke is portrayed by Jeff Hephner. He’s also known for his roles on Code Black (Ed Harbert), Agent X with Sharon Stone (John Case aka Agent X), Boss (Ben Zajac), Hellcats (Red Raymond), Mercy (Peter Boswick), Easy Money (Morgan Buffkin), and The O.C.
