In the Little People, Big World Season 16 premiere episode ‘Gonna Be a Long Road’, while matriarch Amy Roloff struggles to run the farm on her own while her ex-husband Matt Roloff has surgery on his spine, there is a bright light on the farm. Amy and Matt’s son Zach and his wife Tori are having a baby.

Zach tells the story of how Tori told him that she’s pregnant. He said that she wrote on a notepad that she’s been practicing calligraphy. He read through and said, Okay, it looks good. “On the last page she wrote ‘you’re gonna be a dad.’” Zach said “I just skipped right over it.” Tori had to say hey, wait, you missed it. Little People, Big World airs Tuesdays at 8pm on TLC.
