In the series premiere of Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party “Putting the Pot in Potluck,” master homemaker Martha Stewart and rapper extraordinaire Snoop Dogg invite moviemaker Seth Rogen, rapper/actor Ice Cube and rapper Wiz Khalifa to a fried-chicken competition. Later, another singer from L.A., Anderson .Paak, joins them. As Rogen says, “We’re the weirdest group of people on stage together.” (That’s the point.)
.Paak (who was born Brandon Paak Anderson to a black and Korean family) is hot right now for his Marvin Gaye-inspired song “Come Down” from his Malibu album. In the video the 30-year-old also plays the drums and throws up. Hopefully, he won’t do the latter at the dinner party. Since January 2016, he’s been working with Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Entertainment. Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party airs Mondays at 10pm on VH1.
