In the Lifetime TV movie The Preacher’s Sin, popular preacher Evan Tanner is having a hard time. His teenage niece (Allie Gonino), who lives with him and his wife (Tara Spencer-Nairn), has been arrested for the second time. And then he discovers he has a son from a one-night affair he had years ago. News of the preacher — who preaches about family values — having an illegitimate son doesn’t bode well for his marriage or career. Evan struggles to do the right thing, but it isn’t easy.

Preacher Evan Tanner is portrayed by JR Bourne. The Canadian-born actor is best known for his roles on Satisfaction (Barry), Suits (Samuel Tull), UnREAL (Bill DeYoung), Teen Wolf (Chris Argent), Revenge (Kenny Ryan), The Secret Circle (Isaac), and Fringe (CIA Agent Edwards), among others. The Preacher’s Sin will premiere on Lifetime on November 14 at 8pm. It will air again on November 15 at 12am and 1pm.
