In the two-hour sneak peek of Good Witch, “Good Witch Halloween,” everyone in the town of Middleton is preparing for the annual Harvest Festival. That includes Grey House proprietor Cassie (Catherine Bell) and her love interest Dr. Sam Radford (James Denton), who actually gets dressed up this year for Halloween. And a Middletown Harvest Festival wouldn’t be the same without the sometimes overbearing, pearl-wearing Mayor Martha Tinsdale.

Martha is portrayed by Catherine Disher. The Canadian actress is best known for her roles on Canadian shows including Remedy, Degrassi: The Next Generation, and The Border. Disher is also a voice actress. She provides the voices of Mrs. Goose on Franklin, Jean Grey on X-Men, and the Mom in the Emmy-winning Rolie Polie Olie, among others. Good Witch Halloween premieres on October 24 at 8pm on The Hallmark Channel. P.S. An all-new season of the Good Witch TV series is coming in 2016.
