When the new maid on Lifetime’s scripted series Devious Maids, Blanca, asked to switch her hours so she could go to college part-time, she got fired. Now she’s broke and looking for another job. At lunch with fellow maids Carmen and Zoila, Blanca meets Marisol who offers to help her. Marisol says she’ll ask the Stappords if they need anyone — they just moved back into town with their “mysterious daughter” Katy.
Marisol is played by Ana Ortiz (Ugly Betty). Blanca is played by Naya Rivera. Rivera is best known for her role as Santana Lopez in Glee and for being the real life wife of Ryan Dorsey (Earl on Justified). She also made a big splash when she guest hosted The View and told the nation that “White people shower a lot more than ethnics.” The third season of Devious Maids will premiere on Monday, June 1 at 9pm.
