Tessanne Chin is a Jamaican singer who is best known as the Season 5 (2013) winner of The Voice. (Adam Levine was her coach). Since The Voice, Chin released her first major album, Count on My Love (July 2014). She’s in the process of releasing a new yet to be titled album which includes a collaboration with rapper T.I. and producer Lil’ C.
Chin has been in the Jamaican newspapers recently as she and her radio talk show host husband of four years, Michael Anthony Caffe Jr. are going through a separation. She said it is amicable. Chin will perform in Washington, DC at the National Memorial Day concert (May 24, 8pm on PBS) alongside Gloria Estefan.
