Actor Rob Belushi will play Agent Lisbon’s (Robin Tunney) younger brother on the CBS hit The Mentalist. Belushi might look familiar because he is the son of According to Jim actor Jim Belushi and nephew of the late comedian John Belushi. Or, you might have seen him on How I Met Your Mother; he played Linus the bartender. Or in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Jimmy Mackenzie.
On The Mentalist, the 34-year-old Belushi plays Jimmy Lisbon, a gambler who’s “wanted for questioning in regards to the murder of a high-profile attorney.” Jimmy has to push aside his differences with his big sister in order to clear his name and help Lisbon and Jane catch the real killer.
