Brooks is getting in shape for her new show, One Big Happy, which will premiere Tuesday, March 17, 9:30pm on NBC. It’s a sitcom. A Will & Grace situation–if Will and Grace had ever gone through with starting a modern family. Lesbian Lizzy (Elisha Cuthbert) and her best friend Luke (Nick Zano) grew up together. As adults, they decide to start a nontraditional family. The twist: Right when Lizzy discovers she’s pregnant, Luke falls in love with a free-spirited British girl, Prudence (Brook), and marries her. Ellen DeGeneres is exec producing.
