Fans of The Good Wife starring Julianna Margulies as Alicia Florrick knew this day was coming – Alicia has finally agreed to explore the option of running for State’s Attorney. To keep pushing her into the race, political operative Eli Gold introduces Alicia to a respected (and terribly handsome) campaign manager to help her decide. Actor Steven Pasquale guest stars as Jonathan Elfman. Pasquale is best known for playing the “somewhat dimwitted and slow yet brave and skilled” New York City Firefighter/EMT Sean Garrity in Rescue Me.
But Pasquale has been hired for just two episodes. That doesn’t mean Alicia’s not running! Jonathan introduces Alicia to his top negative campaign specialist “Josh” played by David Krumholtz of Numb3rs fame. Josh “believes candidates should just shut up and do what the professionals say, so his interactions with Alicia should be hysterical.” The new episode of The Good Wife airs Sunday, October 12, 9pm on CBS.
