Former Pussycat Dolls lead singer/burlesque dancer Nicole Scherzinger has a new solo album coming out. And the video for her second single “On the Rocks” is turning heads. It’s a black-and-white montage of Scherzinger crying, twisting and turning in bed (in just her undies), throwing glass bottles and yelling at a man whose drinking shots of something that apparently isn’t strong enough to keep him there.
The man in the video could symbolize her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Formula One driver, Lewis Hamilton. Based on the photos from the 2014 GQ Men of the Year Awards this week, they’re back on. (Scherzinger and Hamilton sat with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, who won GQ’s Woman of the Year award.) More good news for the former Pussycat: looks like she might land the role of Grizabella (the glamour cat) in a new London West End production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical Cats.
