Actor Michael Cera, who’s starred in Juno and Arrested Development, has produced a folk music album titled True That. Colin Lecher at The Verge says it’s “pretty good: the mostly acoustic, instrumental turns are definitely folk, but you can detect some jazzy influences.”
Cera’s acting buddy Jonah Hill announced via Twitter that the album is available. Hill posed: “My great friend Michael Cera not only is a brilliant actor , he also makes great music. Check it out.” Earlier this year Cera and Hill appeared together on SNL and now they’re working together on the animated film Sausage Party, “about one sausage’s quest to discover the truth about his existence.” Funny friends Seth Rogen and James Franco will add voices along with SNL alums Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader. To be released in 2016. If Hill has anything to say about it, Cera will provide the soundtrack.
