The active and generous 87-year-old Armenian-American artist Varujan Boghosian is having a one-man show at the Toledo Museum of Art, Dec. 13, 2013–May 25, 2014. He’s known for using unconventional objects like children’s toys, ancient paper and shoes in his mixed media collages. At the Museum, visitors can create their own Boghosian-esque creations using materials brought from Boghosian’s New England studio.
