In the NCIS: New Orleans episode ‘Suspicious Minds,’ Special Agent Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) continues to catch flak from the FBI for helping his friend Elvis Bertrand. The former Navy intelligence analyst is the #1 suspect in a multiple-homicide case but he’s convinced Pride of his innocence. “I didn’t kill nobody,” says Elvis.

Elvis Bertrand is portrayed by Tom Arnold. He’s appeared on many TV shows and is best known for his roles on Sons of Anarchy (Georgie Caruso) and Roseanne (Arnie), while married to Roseanne Barr. Arnold is also recognized for his roles in the films Soul Plane (Mr. Hunkee), Cradle 2 the Grave (Archie), True Lies (Albert Gibson), and Nine Months (Marty Dwyer).
