The two Hollywood stars of the upcoming Amazon Freevee movie Puppy Love — Grant Gustin (The Flash) and Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars) can’t promote the romantic comedy due to the current SAG-AFTRA strike. But if Gustin was able to go on TV to promote the movie, any good host would ask Gustin to do more of his impersonation of fellow actor Channing Tatum.
As seen in the clip below, when Max (Gustin) and Nicole (Hale) meet for a blind date in the park, they both bring their dogs. When Max learns that Nicole’s dog is named Channing Tatum, he slouches and lowers his voice and nails the line: “Does it look like I own tights?”
Nicole doesn’t get the reference, even when Max explains it’s a line from the original 2006 dance movie Step Up which stars Tatum and (his now ex-wife) Jenna Dewan.
It’s an even funnier line coming from Gustin who famously wore tights as The Flash on the CW superhero series for the past nine years! See set photos below.

Puppy Love will be available for streaming on Friday, August 18 on Amazon Freevee. Bonus: The legendary Jane Seymour (Wedding Crashers, Live and Let Die, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman) plays Nicole’s mother.
