Country pop star Kelsea Ballerini continues to promote her latest studio album, Heartfirst, which includes hits including ‘You’re Drunk, Go Home’ (featuring Kelly Clarkson and Carly Pearce), and ‘If You Go Down (I’m Goin’ Down Too),’ among others.
The 29-year-old is also promoting her short film and EP Rolling Up the Welcome Mat, which includes the singles ‘Blindsided’ and ‘Penthouse,’ both of which she performed on Saturday Night Live (March 5, 2023). Rolling Up the Welcome Mat is about Ballerini’s break-up and divorce from Australian singer Morgan Evans.
When not on stage, Ballerini often spends time with her new beau, Netflix Outer Banks star Chase Stokes, as revealed in her plethora of photo dumps.
When Ballerini shared the photos above — featuring her short new bob haircut — she cleverly captioned it: “they say to get out with the old, you get in with the new” with a winking emoji. Stokes replied: “I’m fine I’m fine I’m not fine” with a drooling face emoji.
Just two days ago, Ballerini was rocking long blond tresses (see below in the sheer top).
Ballerini’s fans are going wild over her short hair and say they’re inspired to cut off their hair too. As one replied: “Kelsea cuts her hair. I cut my hair.” Another chimed in: “I’m obsessed with the short hair! Fun & flirty!”
