Hollywood movie star Anna Camp is known for her role as Aubrey Posen in the popular Pitch Perfect film franchise, but her new role couldn’t be any different from the acapella singer. Camp is currently promoting her new supernatural horror film, From Black (available on Shudder) — see creepy photo below.
Camp stars as the protagonist, Cora, a recovering drug addict who’s desperate to find her young son. Cora is “presented with a bizarre offer to learn the truth about what happened to her son and set things right — if she is willing to pay a terrifying price.”
Camp is turning heads while promoting the film, as seen above at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City. Her fans love the blue dress with the high slit and see-through stilettos. As one replied: “Lookin’ so seductive.”
Get ready to see more of Camp: She’s slated to star in another horror project, a Peacock series titled Hysteria!
It’s about “a struggling high school heavy metal band of outcasts who use the town’s sudden interest in the occult to start a reputation as a Satanic metal band, until a strange series of events triggers a witch hunt that leads back to them.” Former Modern Family star Julie Bowen stars, too.
