Deadpool star Morena Baccarin teases fans with the idea of her appearance as a very different comics-based hero — yes, Wonder Woman herself. As the former exotic dancer Vanessa in Deadpool, Morena stole hearts and utterly enchanted moviegoers — not to mention Wade Wilson. But what if… (and she’d have to cross from the Marvel to DC universes as well!)
That’s what Morena made fans wonder when she posed for the photo below, staring into the camera with sultry elan to add drama to the fantasy… wow, she would make an amazing Wonder Woman! But no, she’s just teasing. We think…
Fans had a ball with the fantasy. One wrote: “It would be great if you appeared in Wonder Woman 3 playing the villainous enchantress Circe!” And others just imagined Morena as Wonder Woman herself, though Gal Gadot remains a fan favorite!
And of course there were comments that couldn’t get past Morena’s immediate beauty and focused on the photo at hand. “Those sexy pants!” said one fan — and between the pants and the challenging gaze, isn’t this photo a beauty?!
It doesn’t have to be pants either, obviously, as we see below. It’s style and attitude that make a perfect photo, right? And Morena has both in abundance.
And don’t worry if you’re not getting enough of Morena. That’s about to change as she’s slated to star in a new series, THE ENDGAME, coming to your living room soon courtesy of NBC. Ryan Michelle Bathe co-stars, and you’re right to be excited.
