When celebrity makeup artist Caroline Barnes shared the stunning photo below of The Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson (Prince Andrew’s ex-wife), she noted that the bespoke royal blue riding hat and veil created “a soft, flattering beauty light.” Photographer David Venni captured the “delightful lady” and that light for the British magazine, Hello.
Caroline’s fans are showering her with compliments regarding her work with the Duchess, including “Best makeup I’ve ever seen on her!” while others are rooting for Sarah: “Tremendous Woman …totally misunderstood…So open & Honest….Go Sarah…you’re fabulous xx.”
The Duchess also posed in a royal blue riding jacket beside a horse, as seen in the video above.
The 61-year-old grandmother (her daughter, Princess Eugenie of York had a baby boy, see above) is promoting her debut novel, a romance novel, Her Heart for a Compass.
Her Heart for a Compass is a fictional story about the Duchess’s great-great-aunt, Lady Margaret Montagu Douglas Scott.
