On the Season 3 premiere of Very Cavallari, “Uncommon Beginnings,” reality star turned fashion entrepreneur (and wife of former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler) Kristin Cavallari has “massive plans” to expand her jewelry company Uncommon James. The plans include opening new offices and growing the company’s staff.
