The CW series Arrow is coming to an end. During the penultimate episode (on January 21), Mia Smoak-Queen (Katherine McNamara), Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) team up, and DC Comics fans are sensing a spin-off series, Green Arrow and the Canaries.
