Reese Witherspoon is an inspiration to many in real life, not to mention that she inspired millions of young girls and women in her signature role as Elle Woods, the dynamic centerpiece of the breakout movie franchise Legally Blonde.
But Witherspoon, currently starring in The Morning Show with Jennifer Aniston, takes fans way back to her youth — and her real hair color! — in a delightful throwback Thursday photo.
Witherspoon writes: “Wait… is this my real hair color?!?” It’s an especially funny question since hardly anyone is so directly associated with blonde and blondness as Reese — for years she and blonde were synonymous. (It’s funny too that her current co-star Aniston is also superfamous for her hair!)
Anyway, fans went crazy for the photo. “So cute and innocent,” writes one fan while “very pretty girl” is the assessment of another. “Natural beauty” and “so sweet” are other typical responses.
That said, we worry about Bruiser, Elle Woods’ wonderful dog in the Legally Blonde films. He’ll be lost! How will he recognize his fave?!!
