‘Hawaii Five-0’ Star Flaunts 150-lb Bikini Body at 50!

On the Hawaii Five-0 episode “Ukuli’i ka pua, onaona i ka mau’u” (“Tiny is the flower, yet it scents the grasses around it”), while Five-0 enlists imprisoned hacker Aaron Wright (Joey Lawrence) to help when a young girl is reported kidnapped, McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) takes his dog to the veterinarian’s office and there meets the gorgeous Dr. Okino (Presilah Nunez).

This is totally a humble-brag. This is 50 @barre3 classes done in my living room. This is no fad diets, no waist trainers, no fit teas (throw that crap out 🤦🏽‍♀️). This is not Facetuned, photoshopped or filtered. This is legs that can run a 9 min mile. This is intuitive eating and enjoying all food in moderation (cheesesteaks🙌🏽🤤). This is 150lbs. This is not the skinniest I’ve ever been. This is the fittest I’ve ever been. This is knowing there’s a difference.

Before her Hawaii Five-0 appearance, Nunez posted an amazing full-body bikini selfie. The 50-year-old actress wrote in the “humble-brag” post: “This is not Facetuned, photoshopped or filtered. I’m a big believer in not depriving yourself of certain foods, or whole food groups. I don’t think it’s a sustainable lifestyle. Buttttt the older I (and my metabolism 😑) get, I’ve learned you gotta give a little to get a little, so I traded myself 30 min of @barre3 this morning for 2 margaritas tonight 😉 . . . Side note, who knew doing inner thigh work can activate your core like this?! It looks like an alien invaded my stomach! Shoutout to @barre3 for getting me summer ready without any stupid sit-ups 🙌🏽

You guysssss low-rise jeans are coming backkkk! And all the long-legged ladies like me who never looked quite proportionate in the high-waisted styles rejoice!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 . . Apparently we’re takin it back to my high school days, circa 2006 😜 So had to throw on a little Twista “Overnight Celebrity” in my pods to celebrate. . . And yes, I danced like this in high school. Probably why the first guy I asked to prom rejected me. True story. 😂
