Pop superstar Britney Spears has been busy on social media this summer sharing facts about her body and her desire to lose four pounds, which isn’t easy. She says her body has “muscle memory” from her days as a gymnast, and that she’s quick to “bulk up,” which she doesn’t want.
In the video above, while wearing a floral crop top that reveals her toned tummy, Spears announced that she lost the four pounds, and shares the food chart (fruit and vegetables) she used to lose the weight and to help with her “weak eyes and stress and asthma and headaches.”
For example, apples, cucumbers, kale, ginger and celery are listed under Headache. Bananas, strawberries and pears for stress. The mom of two also says the diet “works well for children too.”
