Hollywood movie star Mark Wahlberg is promoting his F45 Training gym in West Hollywood, California. And if Wahlberg’s Transformers physique isn’t enough incentive to get you into the gym, he’s challenging his celebrity friends to come and try the interval training program.
TV host Mario Lopez has accepted the challenge. Lopez, who’s a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, says he’s “lookin forward to our Fathers Day Sunday morning workout!” (Wahlberg is the father of four kids; Lopez and his wife are expecting their third.)

F45 Training describes itself as the world’s fastest growing fitness network. In 4.5 years, the network is 1750 franchises strong and its reach encompasses 45 countries. One Direction singer Liam Payne is doing it too. In the video below, Wahlberg suggests that you check out a F45 near you or open one of your own.
