The Real Housewives of Potomac are back for their fourth season beginning Sunday, May 5. In the premiere episode “That’s the Way the Cookie Crumbles,” Gizelle Bryant tries to make amends with Karen Huger, who’s rocking a new blond bob. When Gizelle calls Karen to offer to drop off cookies that she and her kids made for Karen, Karen is at home with her friend Matt.
Karen tells Gizelle she doesn’t want visitors and suggests that Matt retrieves the cookies at the door in her stead. Gizelle doesn’t like the sound of that. “I don’t want to see Matt. I’ve got nothing to say to Matt,” she says (on speaker phone). Keep in mind, last season, when Karen brought Matt to a dinner party, Gizelle referred to Matt as “the white guy.” The ladies were surprised to learn that they’ve been friends for 12 years. Ashley said, “I thought he was your attorney.” Nope.
