In the NCIS: Los Angeles episode “The One That Got Away,” Anna Kolcheck (Bar Paly) escapes from prison with her cellmate Kate Miller. U.S. Marshall Will Reyes (Matty Castano) breaks the news to Agents Callen (Chris O’Donnell) and Hanna (LL Cool J) and asks for their help. Anna’s father Arkady (Vyto Ruginis) is up in arms as his daughter is “being hunted down like an animal” so he tries to help the NCIS team with the investigation. He surprises everyone by recognizing “bad boy” Phil Carmona (Ted King).
