On the Married to Medicine episode “ATL in La La Land,” when the ladies arrive at LAX, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe leads the ladies to the pick-up curb to await the arrival of her friend Dr. Britten Cole. Contessa says of her best friend, “Every time I see Britten, this thing in my spirit lifts.” Britten shows up right on time with her door-less Jeep. When Contessa introduces Britten to Quad, Heavenly, and Simone, Quad is the first to take a jab, “Where’s you Rolls at?” and Heavenly (who was expecting a Mercedes) chimes in, “I thought you were a doctor.” Britten assures them that she is a doctor and that she left her Rolls Royce at home. Heavenly makes sure to sit in the middle in the back. “I’m precious cargo, I’ve got three kids at home. Quad can sit on the end.”
