In the Single Parents episode “Summer of Miggy,” while Miggy (Jake Choi) reacts to feeling old by throwing an epic “Old School” kind of college party, Will (Taran Killiam) gets an opportunity to do the weather at local weather station kzop15 during the 10 pm slot. But when Poppy’s (Kimrie Lewis) son Rory (Devin Trey Campbell) tags along, things on the set take a turn for the worse. Will’s boss Tracy Freeze is not amused.

Tracy Freeze is portrayed by Jama Williamson. She’s known for her roles on The Good Place (Val, see photo below), Nickelodeon’s School of Rock (Principal Mullins), Hollywood Heights (Nora Tate), and Parks and Recreation (Wendy Haverford), among others.
Fun fact: She’s married to actor Curtis Williams, the inventor of Belly Buds, who pitched his business on Shark Tank in 2013. Single Parents airs Wednesdays at 9:30 pm on ABC, right after Modern Family and right before Whiskey Cavalier.
